New Environmental Database!!!

The library's added a new database to the collection! It's called EBSCO GreenFile. GreenFile is a collection about the human impact to the environment: everything from "global warming, green building, pollution, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, recycling, and more." This database includes abstracts for 295,000 records and full text for 4,600 individual articles.

The library also has a subscription to EBSCO's Environment Complete database. This database is more broad, covering topics such as: "agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, renewable energy sources, natural resources, marine & freshwater science, geography, pollution & waste management, environmental technology, environmental law, public policy, social impacts, urban planning, and more. " Environment Complete includes abstracts for 1,772,000 records. Enviromental Complete also has more full text than GreenFile. It has full text for 100 books and 600 journal titles!

You can search EBSCO GreenFile and Environment Complete at the same time!
  1. Start at the library homepage: http://library.msbcollege.edu/
  2. Click on "subscription databases"
  3. Click on EBSCO
  4. Log on (if you're off campus) with the same username and password that you use for your GU/MSB email
  5. Click on "select multiple databases to search"

If you have questions, please contact your librarian!
